Allegro Performing
Spring
is almost here and that means that we are getting closer and closer to our
showcases!
We will be communicating with you as much as possible to
help make the planning and organization for the show as easy as possible. Please help us by reading your e-mails and
coming in to the studio to read any posted notices! Thank you, it will be much smoother if we all
work together as a team!
Please watch your attendance in your classes between now and
June. We are starting to prepare for the
June showcases and it is important that we have everyone’s participation and
commitment. Thanks!

Please take special note of our dress
code:
Hair – long hair up off neck (buns for ballet)
Ballet – Leotard, tights, skirts optional
Jazz, Lyrical – leotards and jazz pants
or hot shorts.
Hip hop – something comfortable, no jeans!
Tap – Comfortable, no jeans and your ankles need to be
visible
Proper attire assists in getting the
most out of your classes.

Allegro has a special payment
plan for those who participate in Allegro’s fun summer classes and camps.
If you would be interested in
taking advantage of taking classes in July and August but only putting 50%
down, please see Rosemary in the office.
The remaining balance would be paid September through November.

Allegro is having its last fundraiser to help pay for the
new tap floor.
The cookie dough sale will be going on until March 11th. Please let Rosemary or the receptionists know
if you are interested in purchasing any.

For those of you who paid their Ordered Costume money in
installments, your balance is now past due!
Please take care of this as soon as possible.
We hope that it has helped your family budgets to be able to
separate the bulk sum into two smaller amounts.

Do you know
of a friend who is thinking of joining…or are you thinking of adding another
class?
The middle of March is the deadline for
being a part of our June Showcase and for ordering costumes.
Of course, one can always participate
in any class and opt out of participating in the show.

When picking
up your child(ren) after
class…
Allegro’s
priority has always been to protect and nurture all of our students.
Please do not
ask your student to wait outside for you.
We would prefer for them to wait inside and look out the door. This is entirely for their safety and well
being. Thank you for understanding.

Costumes for the June
Show!
The ordered costumes
should be here in April and may.
Costumes that were not
ordered are in the works – we will inform you of prices and payment dates very
soon.
Please do not purchase
any shoes, tights or costumes pieces until it is decided on and written in the
costume binder that will be in the lobby very soon.

Please know that if you
leave food in the fridge that spoils, we will throw it away.
Also, in an effort to
keep our studio clean, we will throw out any food that is left out on

Summer
and Fall Schedules are in the process of being created already! They will be out by early May.
Early registration for
the fall schedule will begin for our current students as soon as the
schedules are printed and passed out.
This means that current
Allegro students get first pick at the most popular classes.
Open registration will
begin on
the first day of summer classes.
We hope that having our
schedules out even earlier will assist you and your family on being able to
plan your schedules with more ease and less stress!

Class Placements for Summer
and Fall classes
Here at Allegro, each
teacher will fill out a form for each student communicating their progress to
both the student and their parents.
These forms will be
completed and passed out in May so that you can appropriately plan on
which class to register for.
