Why Dance?
  

Dance has endless physical, mental and personal benefits for people of all ages, shapes and sizes!

Overall dance truly cultivates the whole person in so many fascinating ways but especially in terms of reasoning, well-being, creativity, self-expression, imagination and being goal-oriented.
