Why Start with Ballet Classes?

Ballet  Ballet is considered the foundation of technical dance and offers numerous positive benefits. It improves line, flexibility, alignment and control.

Born out of the Italian Renaissance in the 15th century, it was originally for nobility.   We believe ballet is for everyone... all levels, all bodies and all people!  One may choose to start ballet for the joy of self expression and another may choose to add it to their training to improve their jazz and/or contemporary skills.

Whatever the reason, ballet has a lot to offer for a dancer's training and is a beautiful (AND powerful) artform to experience.
