PiYo is a strength training, core conditioning class with a Pilates/Yoga foundation. Combining the best of yoga, pilates, martial arts and dance moves to improve strength, endurance, flexibility, balance, circulation and overall, mind/body health. PiYo can be modified to meet any and all fitness levels.
