Jennifer Saul
Drama and Musical Theater Instructor
Allegro Teacher since 2019
"It is our choices, Harry, that show what we truly are, far more than our abilities"
-Albus Dumbledore (Harry Potter)
Jennifer is a grad of Cornish College of the Arts where she received her BFA in Theater. Having spent her childhood in a dance studio or local theater, she quickly set her sights on dedicating her life to the stage. She believes in nurturing young artists and the power of theater. Theater education helps youth with self-confidence, problem solving, communication, and collaboration. In our society, theater tells our stories, brings us together, and opens our hearts and minds.
After college, she worked with casting director, Jodi Rothfield, and developed and taught an imaginative acting class that helped children develop improv skills for auditioning for the camera.
As a performer, she has done both musicals and straight plays as well as on camera work. Some of her favorite roles have been Elvira in Blithe Spirit, Lucy in Moonlight and Valentino, and Joy in Aloha Say the Pretty Girls. But her favorite performance to date was Margot in Legally Blonde the Musical.
As president of the Cornish Alumni Association, she is passionate about connecting people and creating opportunities for fellow artists to grow.
Jennifer is married with 2 daughters who keep her singing and dancing all day long! She loves reading, traveling, and all things Harry Potter.
