Shauna Mindt is an accomplished choreographer, teacher, and advocate for the tap dance community. With over 25 years of experience, she has made a significant impact in these roles through sharing her love for tap dance, tap history, jazz music, and production with students of all ages.

National training and recognition

Shauna has had the privilege of studying with legendary tap luminaries such as Dianne Walker, Brenda Bufalino, and the late Gregory Hines. From the vibrant tap festivals of Seattle and Portland to the bustling streets of New York City, Shauna has showcased her remarkable talent as a performer.

As a choreographer, Shauna has received regional and national recognition, winning numerous awards at dance competitions and conventions. Her creativity and artistic vision have earned her a Choreography Award from the Chicago Human Rhythm Project.
